Registration/Cancellation

Where do delegates go to register?

What is the registration fee?

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Information on how to book accommodations at the SiriusDecisions discounted rate can be found on our Hotel & Travel page.

Are Group Rates Available?
Yes, group rates are available after the Early Bird registration period is over. For additional information on eligibility, please visit our Pricing page.

Will attendees receive confirmation of their registration?
Yes. After registering online, attendees will receive an automated email confirming their registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also are able to process tickets via Invoice. You can purchase tickets via credit card or invoice by clicking on REGISTER and following the prompts.

Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until October 25, 2017. To transfer your registration, please email our events team.

Hotel/Travel/Venue

Is there a discounted rate at the host hotel?
Yes, SiriusDecisions has secured a discounted room rate at our host hotel, the Fairmont Austin. Check back in early April to our Hotel and Travel page on how to book rooms for the discounted rate of $279/night plus taxes and fees.

What is the closest airport?
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the closest airport to the Fairmont Austin.

What are the directions to the hotel?

What kind of weather is expected?
The average high temperature for Austin in November is 72°F and the average low is 50°F. We recommend bringing a light coat for the evening hours.

How should I dress?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at SiriusDecisions Technology Exchange.

Who do I need to contact if I have specific dietary needs or food allergies?
Please email our events team and include your full name, company name, dates of your stay at the Fairmont Austin, and your dietary needs or allergies. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

How will I gain access to the various events, keynotes and breakouts?
Your conference badge and nametag will serve as your ticket and provide you access to the events you are registered to attend. You must wear your badge at all times.

What if I lose my badge?
If you lose your badge, you will need to go the registration desk and will be provided a new conference badge. You will be charged $100 for the replacement badge.
